Thomas Kennett M.EnvSus, B.Com (Mktg, Fin)
Thomas, Co-founder and Director of Regenerating Farms, brings in-depth knowledge of regenerative agriculture alongside 15+ years of experience in business and project management. Passionate about land stewardship and sustainable farming, he integrates his expertise and holistic approach into every project that he leads or regenerative farm that he manages. As a facilitator and lecturer, he fosters meaningful discussions among farmers and students and delivers regular capacity-building workshops. His holistic approach is driven by a growth mindset, strategic thinking and a strong desire to deliver impact for all stakeholders and interconnected environmental systems.
Nathan Wainwright B.Sc
Nathan, Director and Lead Ecologist at Regenerating Farms, applies a holistic, whole-systems approach to farm design and management. He focuses on restoring and enhancing ecosystem functions to create regenerative farming systems that improve productivity, biodiversity, ecosystem services, and societal well-being. With a strong foundation in whole-systems thinking, Nathan develops strategies to strengthen farm resilience and functionality. He is committed to equipping landowners, managers, and communities with ecological knowledge to design and manage thriving, regenerative farm systems.
